Rework notification options like scoreboard and bossbar to standalone plugins

Can you add an option in BlockBall for the Bossbar and Scoreboard to disappear automatically when the player changes worlds? I use Ball on a subserver that has many worlds and, for example, the spawn is in a separate world than the football fields. I had my first contact with the plugin a few years ago, and I'm surprised that this function (I think) still hasn't been added.

The notification radius settings are wrong.
