Improve template install speed with package-lock files

Is there a reason not to include package-lock.json files with the templates?

In local testing of the demo store, npm install took 61 seconds. With package-lock.json included, the process took 18 seconds.

Seems like a good idea, as long as yarn.lock may be included if the template is generated via yarn create 👍🏻

Hello hello! I’m glad that you’re considering including package-lock.json in your templates! I feel like I should mention that including yarn.lock in the templates generated via yarn create won’t bear the same effect as we are using Turbo as our package manager, which only supports package-lock.json.
