What is in this Pull Request ?
Updates the examples in Start-PnPWorkflowInstance with the correct syntax.
By inspecting the way WorkflowSubscriptionPipeBind works it doesn't seem to support the Workflow name as parameter so I changed it to a generic $subscription variable.
