(i am not a lawyer)

as far as i can tell, this project has no license. i don't think i or other people can legally use or contribute to it without a license.

also, the readme says it's based on cargo-3ds, which i'm assuming means it uses the code, since the code looks extremely similar. this means this project should have the apache or mit license from that project somewhere.

bumping this because although i could try to recreate it myself without checking the source code it would be a lot nicer if this just had a license and i could use it. i've had this blocking a project i want to work on for a long time now.
