Describe the bug

The JX cluster was upgraded to the latest version to address the issues faced with the depricated CRD APIs in k8s 1.22. The pipeline is now working when triggered however there are still issues where the pipelines don't appear in the JX UI Dashboard. It's suspected that the UI hasn't properly upgraded. We have opened an issue in the JX project and are awaiting confirmation jenkins-x/jx#8322

As suggested by Ankit removed all old tekton pipeline runs as well as pipelienactivities (across all namespaces) and restarted controller build and now seems to be working correctly
