Network Error Despite Downloaded Library

One more in case you didn't know, despite having the library downloaded, I still get network errors when scrolling through a text if I get disconnected from my mobile network in the elevator/staircase.

We've heard of issues similar to this but have had trouble debugging. E.g. offline library doesn't work in subway where you're going in and out of network service.

Some questions to help narrow down the issue:
What version of the app do you have?
Does it work when you turn on airplane mode? (as in, is the issue only when you have internet and lose it while scrolling? or even when your internet was off to begin with?)

Currently on Android 5.13.10
I have not faced the issue recently enough to replicate exactly, and it didn't happen on airplane mode just now. Next time I lose service I'll give it a shot.

Turned off mobile data and WiFi and was still able to access downloaded library. Maybe it's fixed!
