Simplify mock ups for offering dashboard, assets, policies and contract management

Hi there! Sedimark must deliver its first version soon, by December 2024. Considering the current rush in the integration of its components, it is more reasonable to simplify a bit the marketplace frontend for this first version, to ease up the progressive inclusion of the backend services. The goal of this issue is therefore to simplify the UI mock ups for the offering management, i.e. the dashboard page, and its subsequent thumbnails (assets, policies and contracts), to provide a minimalist yet exhaustive UX more suited for a MVP.

Once these v0 mock ups will be out, I'll create issues for the implementation of each pages of the dashboard.

@NaryLozano I updated the mock ups: for the v0 of the marketplace, we will now use the duplicated mock ups marked with v0 at the end of their title, such as this one. Lots of simplifications have been made, especially for the offering management dashboard. More precisely:

• the dataset contracting page, accessible when selecting an offering in the catalogue browser, has been lightly simplified to remove the like/dislike buttons, the provision of the offering expiracy date and the number of times it has been downloaded.
• the offering dashboard pages have been heavily pruned off some functionality, such as:
  • managing contract policies individually (it is assumed they are put in each offering)
  • the various activities logging widgets have been replaced by transfer history once, which should be provided directly by the DS connector management API.
  • displays of the last edition date and number of requests made for an offering have been removed.
  • removed sorting of offerings by expiry date or number of requests
  • filtering of offerings now possible only based on creation date (and name if using search bar)

I will leave this issue opened a little more so we can discuss.
