Register a custom action

How we can register a custom action today?
I need create a action to call some native modules. For example, I need to use the share_plus libaray. Whats the right way to add custom actions in the mirai?

Right now we don't have a way to add custom actions. But it's a good idea to have it.

What should be the best approach to refactor to achieve this. Split the current MiraiActions and refactor the rest of the code to use the register and create some break changes or split the MiraiActions and use the available methods in the MiraiActions to point to the registered action without break changes?

I'm not sure what the best approach is to allow custom actions with a clear parser API for this and also allow the actions to access the BuildContext, that was needed to run some libraries.
