The script fails with Read only Domain Controllers.

Performing authentication attempts... Unexpected error code from DC: 3221225867. This might have been caused by invalid arguments or network issues.

This error could be a result of using a FQDN as opposed to the netbios (short) name.

Have you tried using the NetBios name of the domain controller instead of the full domain name? Did that result in the same error code?
