periodization sets issue

the maximum selectable in periodization sets (p.sets) is = sets-1, but this bound doesn't update dynamically. it updates only after a workout has been run

example:

• default sets is 6, I can select up to 5 p.sets. OK
• then I increase sets to 40, I should be able to increase p.sets up to 39 but it doesn't work
• then I start and stop this workout, and now I can set p.sets up to 39
