Improve locating desired product in search results

At the moment each item in the search results only contains the name of the product, but no further information such as the brand, which makes it very hard to find the product you are looking for.

Example: Search term "yoghurt" with locale "world":

In the list of search results there are several entries with exactly the same name "Yoghurt", but with different macros listed. Even when clicking on the item in the list it does not show the brand.

Possible solution:
Add the brand name below the product name. I.e.:
Search result 1:
Yoghurt
Danone

Search result 2:
Yoghurt
Nestle

Side question: how do you set locale in the app and specifically "world"?

You cannot set the locale in the app. "world" is used as a fallback if your locale is not found in the list of supported countries.
