What is Braintracker?

Welcome to Braintracker, an innovative web application designed to assist in the early detection and management of brain tumors. Braintracker leverages the power of machine learning and Gemini to provide users with a comprehensive health assessment based on their brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and medical history document.

How it works?

It works as follows:

• Upload: Users can upload their brain MRI images and medical history documents in PDF format.
• Analysis: Once uploaded, Braintracker uses ML algorithms to analyze the MRI images for possible signs of a tumor. Simultaneously, it extracts and processes the relevant information from the clinical history document.
• Diagnosis: By integrating the data from the MRI and clinical history analysis, Braintracker provides a comprehensive report indicating whether or not a tumor is present.
• Recommendations: Based on the prediction and information extracted from the clinical history document, Braintracker also provides personalized health recommendations (e.g. lifestyle changes).
