Cloud script: allow 0.5° increments

The cloud script should be able to handle 0.5° increments, the MCZ application allows it so this must be possible.

Did you had a look at that ? Or tell me how to capture traffic from mobile app to cloud servers so I may try to see how 0.5 increments are passed to the websocket.
