Add ability to create a preset scene collection for OBS

This would be useful to quickly setup new scenes, based on an overlay pack.

For instance, an overlay pack containing overlays for "ingame", "commentary" and other -standard- overlay types, it could create a scene for each overlay type, and let the use fill in the rest (like window or video card capture), without fiddling with URLs.
