Let's talk to @arr00 about the best setup for our eventual PR on this governance upgrade.

@arr00, for reference, we're executing on https://questbook.app/dashboard/?isRenderingProposalBody=true&proposalId=664b6f438d3dfee9013f4a38&grantId=0xeb047900b28a9f90f3c0e65768b23e7542a65163&chainId=10 with the idea of eventually merging into the compound-governance repo you maintain. we're planning on using foundry to write unit tests and invariant tests, and would love to chat and make sure we're respecting your repo config. cheers.
