[Bug]: Just Color Picker is named 'jcpicker'

Prerequisites

• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

The app 'Just Color Picker' is named 'jcpicker' in Scoop. This makes it hard for people to find in https://scoop.sh

I only happened to find the Scoop package while I was creating an issue report to add the package, and so I went "above and beyond" to see if I could find it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://scoop.sh
2. Enter 'Just Color Picker'
3. Notice that the response is *No result found for 'Just Color Picker'...*

Possible Solution

Either rename the package or include "Just Color Picker" in its description.
