There should exist a generic platform component that allows:
two or more counter parties to enter into a legally-binding (English-text) contract or agreement
for the contract to be cryptographically signed by legally identifiable counter parties (requires legal input)
for the contract to be recorded on Scoop's block chain, probably using EOS' Ricardian contracts, or a variant thereof
for contacts to be either publicly visible, or only visible to the counter parties, i.e. held in plain text or encrypted with a shared key
Desired use-cases for this framework include all instances of asset transfers from users to Scoop for investment purposes, e.g. mining contracts, master node shares, derivative products.
