There should exist a generic platform component that allows:

  • two or more counter parties to enter into a legally-binding (English-text) contract or agreement
  • for the contract to be cryptographically signed by legally identifiable counter parties (requires legal input)
  • for the contract to be recorded on Scoop's block chain, probably using EOS' Ricardian contracts, or a variant thereof
  • for contacts to be either publicly visible, or only visible to the counter parties, i.e. held in plain text or encrypted with a shared key

Desired use-cases for this framework include all instances of asset transfers from users to Scoop for investment purposes, e.g. mining contracts, master node shares, derivative products.
