Currently, if a web page is created that already exists, and that page needs more json dictionary files than the new page, these files are left hanging around useless and broken.
On web page creation a pre-existing file should be parsed to produce a list of the json files it uses, and any that aren't needed/rewritten after page creation should be deleted.
