I would like to indicate in my bom if a component is SMD or Through hole, this seems to be an attribute of the footprint but how do I add this to a BOM? I am not able to use this attribute it seems. Please advise if this is currently possible but otherwise this would be a very usefull feature to have.

@jason not currently exported, but I'm sure it can be introspected from the netlist file. Would you have time to look into adding this feature?
