Change the default minimum/maximum zoom

Currently, it sometimes feel like we should be able to zoom in/out more.

I'm thinking the default maximum for zooming out should be the world limits, although, maybe we should be able to zoom out even more!

In the future, there will be a settings menu where the user will be able to change the minimum and maximum zoom to whatever they want, so keep that in mind!
