RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Engage with customers, gather feedback, and incorporate it into product development.
- Work closely with the engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success.
- Prioritize product features and tasks based on strategic goals and customer impact.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and inform future development decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
