Include functionality to easily plot data in standard format collected from supported sensors.

Accelerometer / Gyroscope / Gravity (any reason to have these plot differently?)
Heart rate data
Tapping/screen data ("video" of screen activity, need to brainstorm ways to summarize such data)
Others (?)
