Mailman integration

It should be possible for people to see what mailing lists are available and be able to edit their subscriptions on the site. Some lists need to be mandatory (i.e. a members list for anyone in the Members group)

This is going to be a bit painful, I think.

Mailman 2 isn't really meant to be integrated with external services (Barry Warsaw talked about this some http://pyvideo.org/video/688/mailman-3). We might want to wait until Mailman 3 and/or Hyperkitty exists for this.
