The goal of this PoC is to demonstrate of it could be done to hide complexity of Media3 by creating a custom interface and creating wrapping class when needed.

Acceptance criteria

  • The refactoring impact should not alter to much the demo.
  • Pillarbox still works well with MediaSessionService
  • Pillarbox still works well with Android Auto.
