Provide simplified tracks management

As a integrator I want to be able to manipulate tracks easily.

Acceptance criteria

• The new api wraps media3 api.
• There is 3 track types Video, Audio and Text.
• List of tracks is easily accessible by track type (audio, video, text). This list only contain supported tracks.
• Track or list of tracks can be selected.
• Track type can be enabled / disabled or set in auto mode.
• Tracks properties are track type specific.
• Add a quality selector to the demo.
