Improved iac-management testing

Currently the iac-management modules are not automatically tested. This means we will not know if updates to an OS break the module.
Set up systems running each of the supported OSes. On each system, enable automated upgrades. Finally, for each module, ensure it is automatically run on each system and the results are validated.

Please let me know if this needs more detail and/or discussion at the technical meeting.
