Create this component with the shown functionality in the wire frame found here

Breakdown overlay into separate component
Is able to switch to a different view
Is able to pull up the overlay menu
Is able to hide away the overlay menu
Has a camera grid in the overlay menu where users can view the other cameras at the same time
Is able to display rover status on screen dynamically using "real" data
Is able to stream live video to the background
