Delete Duplicate Lookup Parent/Lookup Child Objects on scratch org creation

When creating scratch orgs via Metecho using the QA flow, there are object created called Lookup Parent and Lookup Child as well as QA Lookup Parent and QA Lookup Child. The fields look to be the same.

The QA Lookup Parent and QA Lookup Child show up in the unpackaged portion of the repo, while the Lookup Parent and Lookup Child reside in the dlrs main folder.

Unless there is a reason to keep the objects in the main folder, this seems like it should be in the unpackaged portion as is only for testing.
