Can not pull encrypted form from my own server with odk briefcase

I can get the unencrypted forms.
But if the form is encrypted,
I got this error message:

resolving against briefcase form definitions
Fetching form manifest
preparing to retrieve instance data
retrieving next chunk of instances from server...
fetching instance 1 ...

Any idea?
