Currently there is 2 sections available when creating an item for bidding.

• Specs
• Others

This allow us to separate original specs given by the requester and the other specs identified by the supplier. However, there is no function to add more if necessary.
For instance, one of the staffs need to request a bidding for hotel training for their upcoming seminar.
Here is what he needs:

• hotel room
• training room
  • materials
  • others
  • etc...

By simply looking on his requirement above, we are certain that the structure of his request using the system is

• hotel room
  • specs (number of bed, number of persons etc...)
  • other specs not indicated by him but available on the hotel
• training room
  • specs (number of chairs, number of persons etc...)
  • materials

The above structure is correct, however we cannot identify the specs of material needed for the training

• materials (LCD, camera)
  • specs
  • other specs not indicated on the request
