Establish Connection from the Skylab pipeline repo to our repo

We need to make a route on the pipeline repo so that when we ping it, we'll be able to get our data to display in the client

this way we can offload all the mock data to the pipeline repo and then call the api when we need new data

• make a route on the pipeline repo to deliver information
• make an api function to hit the route you make to get information
