var covStubRE = /\{.*"path".*"fnMap".*"statementMap".*"branchMap".*\}/g;

When using express-openapi, files are often in the format of {myPathVariable}.js. This format causes the regex to not work.

Please replace with this:

var covStubRE = /\{.*"path".*"fnMap".*"statementMap".*"branchMap".*\}^\/(?!\.js)/g;
