Stuck somewhere

Everything works perfectly, but when I search for a title, correct/incorrect, it works. But when I select the name from the buttons list, it won't send any message, and then when I go to URLShortX manage links, the links were generated and are accessible. I did change the code a bit before this issue occurred and it was working but then it stopped giving the links and hence the issue I stated above. So I cannot say that changing the code caused this. I compared both the codes and there isn't any change in the part where it is supposed to send the links. If there was a error in the code, I would fix it, but there is none tbh so idk what to do.
