• Text: The tag library entry for <accruals> has not been updated since EAD 1, and there was discussion at the 2024 Chicago meeting about how its use is unclear. Specifically, there was one use case discussed that should use it but doesn't, and multiple cases where it was used inappropriately. The description should be made more clear in the tag library, and clear use cases provided in the BPG.
