Wanted change/feature

  • Text: This issue has been separated out from the general comments provided in #131 for further review. The following is copied from the original feedback.
  • Removal of individual formatting options: Regarding <list> and <chronlist>, I understand why you removed them. I think that they have been historically of some use within:
    • <accruals> - listing past and expected accruals, a list does this better than paragraphs
    • <arrangement> - presenting the arrangement as a nested list (this is a case where XHTML is actually better, see below
    • <custodHist> - useful if the custodial history has more than one previous event
    • <filePlan> - same as <arrangement>

Suggested Solution

  • Text: As I said, I'm not going to suggest that you revert, but perhaps someone could demonstrate this in XHTML using formattingExtension in the tag library examples?
