可以提供一个支持RSS订阅的Rust日报更新吗？ #14

在现在Rust日报提供的订阅中，对于RSS的支持不是很友好，以下的方法都不太方便：

  1. Telegram Channel: 比较困难，使用RSSHub没有获取到信息
  2. 阿里云语雀订阅: 不支持RSS且无法转换
  3. Stemmit：不支持RSS，日报不完整
  4. Rust.cc论坛：
  5. GitHub：没有RSS入口地址，无法转换RSS
  6. 微信公众号：Rust语言学习交流：不支持RSS，无法转换成RSS

所以，建议提供一个简单的博客支持RSS订阅，谢谢！
