如图所示，全屏状态下还是有三处其他元素，希望能完全隐藏这些按钮，让屏幕只剩下漫画。这些菜单可通过ESC或者右键调出

右上角目前无法关闭，右下角现在就可以关闭：

不好意思没有仔细看，原来还有关闭的选项

Buttons in AppTitleBar can be hide in FullScreen from 0.18.3.
