Safari reply doesn't move cursor to end of line

Description:

On chrome, firefox, and desktop client when you reply your cursor is after the reply. On safari the cursor shows up at the beginning

Resulting in messages like this:

Server Setup Information:

• Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.59.6

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open safari
2. click reply on a message sent by someone else

Expected behavior:

Cursor at end of string
