Confirmo o bug. O mesmo ocorre em meu Ubuntu 19.10, com sistema atualizado. Client do Rocket.Chat instalado via snap. O horário do computador está correto, e do app está 1h adiantado.

I confirm this bug. The same occours in my Ubuntu 19.10, up-to-date system. Rocket.Chat Clientes installed through snap. Computer's time is correct, and inside app shifted 1h.
