Rocket.Chat binary tarball can no longer be found

The url https://rocket.chat/releases/latest/download created when {{ rocket_chat_version }} is latest:

results in a 404 response.

I suspect, but have not verified, that it will fail regardless of the value of {{ rocket_chat_version }} since it looks like the https://rocket.chat/ site has been revamped since this ansible repo was created.
