Issues with api-docs

There is something funky going on with the generation of the api-docs. I haven't looked very closely at this yet, so I don't have a good idea of why, and we probably need to regenerate it for the latest version of Plater regardless of these issues, but as of now:
1 - The api doesn't include the /query or /cypher endpoints, which are the ones we care about the most.
2 - There is some bug or something that is causing the example urls to be wrong in at least one case, if you click on the one-hop connection schema endpoint, the example urls it shows are for the simple_spec endpoint instead of the one hop endpoint

We plan on changing the design of these other endpoints at some point, they are mostly old leftovers from a long time ago, so the specifics are not very important, but this indicates something is broken with the auto generation process.
