Hi,

I would like to hide the tab selection menu so that I can instead use the dashboardSidebar to toggle the active tab in a tabBox.

Similar to rstudio/shiny#2680

I think it has multiple use cases and could be built-in, but I would also appreciate a css-solution to achieve this.
