##Logistics## Date & times: November 14, 2016 from 08:00-16:00 PST (14:00-24:00 GTC)

Approach:
- Live video dial-up conference call will be running continuously during the event
- Event will be hosted from Redmond by Keith, who will coordinate and turn presentation over to others
- Presenters can present live, can be given control
- Videos will be shown from Redmond on pre-set schedules, with intro and exit from the "owner" of the video. Video owner may call in or be present at studio in Redmond.
- The minimum video resolution should be 1280x720 .mp4 in 30fps for best presentation.
- Most presentations should plan for (?15 minutes?)
##Proposed Activities##
These are expected to be run throughout the day in the background. Updates will be posted and presented during session switches. Current list of activities proposed:
- Coding contest, with Coding Golf concept being highlighted as most feasible
- PowerShell Pull Request challenge during the event? (Kirk to think about)
