In the chart type text, when there is no data, then it shows a default message "No data available". This message is currently not customizable.

For certain use cases this message does not hold good and creates more confusion about the result itself.

E.g: As a user I would like to see the safety or quality incidents which were recorded for the past year. If there are no incidents then the chart should show 0 instead of "There is no data to display". The message "There is no data to display" indicates that there are incidents but the data related to them is not available at the moment. this would create a false information and could have a huge impact on understanding certain critical data.
