Upon module redirect provide origin/reason information

Where there is a internal module redirect e.g. an error is thrown inside ES element or a Control element purposefully changes the course of the application it would be useful to provide the following information to the target module:

1. Originating module
2. Reason e.g. exception, normal redirect
3. In case of exception further information would also make sense like
