No file output is created

I build pcb2photon in Mac OS X, it not working for me.
No file is created in output, no error message is returned.
I tried
pcb2photon test.png -o out_test
the command ends without returning any file.
some advice ?

I'll have a look at it in the next days. I'll try to make a general update to the project since I haven't had much time for it in a while.
