I want to use ReLaXed with remote chromium to reduce docker image size. It is posible with browser options --remote-debugging-address and --remote-debugging-port (https://peter.sh/experiments/chromium-command-line-switches/). It would be great add CLI options for puppeteer https://github.com/GoogleChrome/puppeteer/blob/master/docs/api.md#puppeteerlaunchoptions (especialy for args option).

good proposal.
I thought we had some similar issue but I can not find it.

I have created a minimal docker image with support for customization of puppeteer via environment variables https://github.com/minidocks/relaxed.
