For this one I had to find a flag on the level effect site
I looked around for awhile and thought what was this ctf promoting? Then ended up searching on the webpage that held the cert that the ctf was promoting
On that page I opened the source code of the website and searched for the flag of leveleffect{
That found the flag
leveleffect{hidden_in_plain_sight}
