When installing falafel-1.38.0-25 from insights-cli repo on a RHEL 7.2 (or 7.3, and presumably 7.1) system that already has python-requests installed (version python-requests-2.6.0-1.el7_1.noarch, seems to come installed with Red Hat CSB) there is a transaction check error on multiple files. Example line from error:

file /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/requests/__init__.py from install of requests-2.13.0-8.noarch conflicts with file from package python-requests-2.6.0-1.el7_1.noarch

Details:
http://pastebin.test.redhat.com/487458

Thanks!

This is due to a rpm dependency misconfiguration. The falafel rpm shouldn't depend on requests or python-requests. The dependency has since been removed.
