<rh-accordion>: always applies bordered attribute, however that attribute does not seemingly do anything either in code or styles. Does this need deprecated? Should it be applying a style? There does seem to be mention of it in the style/guidelines.

@bennypowers @zeroedin @adamjohnson is this going to be a breaking change? Any way we can "patch" or release this in Cubone without breaking implementation?

What's the point of the bordered attribute that always defaults to true? It can't not exist.
